V malém městečku Slunečná Zátoka žila trojice přátel – Lily, Alex a Max. Jednoho slunného odpoledne objevili pod starým dubem zažloutlou mapu, která vypadala jako starobylá. "Vypadá to jako mapa k pokladu!" vykřikl Tomáš a děti se rozhodly ji prozkoumat.

Prvním cílem byla opuštěná zahrada za muzeem. Když dorazili, našli tam starou truhlu plnou barevného skla, které se třpytilo jako drahokamy. "Jsou to jen staré kousky skla," zklamaně poznamenal Martin, ale Anička podotkla, jaké krásné barvy mají. Tato zkušenost je naučila, že i obyčejné věci mohou mít skrytou krásu.

Následně zamířili na vrch nad městem, kde objevili vzácné rostliny a motýly. Děti se rozhodly o motýly pečovat a nosily jim každý den kousky ovoce. Učily se, jak je důležité chránit přírodu a vážit si jejího bohatství.

Posledním bodem na mapě byl starý maják u moře. Cesta byla náročná, ale děti se navzájem podporovaly. Když konečně dorazily, našly uvnitř majáku knížku pohádek a starých příběhů města. Tato kniha je inspirovala k výměně svých vlastních příběhů a dobrodružství.

Při návratu domů, v záři zapadajícího slunce, si uvědomily, že největším pokladem není sklo ani motýli, ale přátelství, které si vybudovaly. Naučily se, jak je důležité spolupracovat a sdílet zážitky.

Kouzelná mapa je zavedla na tajná místa ve městě, ale především jim ukázala poklady jejich srdcí. Jejich příběh se stal legendou v Slunečné Zátokě, příběhem o třech přátelích, kteří našli skutečný poklad – přátelství.

Once upon a time, in a bustling little town, there lived a boy named Max who had a pet unlike any other. His pet wasn’t a dog, a cat, or even a bird. Max had a pet turtle named Turbo!

Turbo was no ordinary turtle. He loved to zoom around on his skateboard, which Max had specially made for him. Every morning, Max and Turbo would race through the park. Turbo would kick off with his little legs, and whoosh, he’d glide across the pavement, his shell gleaming in the sunlight. Max would chase after him on his scooter, laughing as Turbo always took the lead.

One day, they decided to explore a new path in the park. It was lined with trees and had a mysterious tunnel at the end. Max and Turbo, being the adventurous duo they were, didn’t hesitate for a second. They sped down the path and zoomed into the tunnel.

Inside the tunnel, they found themselves in a magical world where animals could talk, and the trees whispered secrets to each other. Turbo, excited to chat, made friends with a wise old owl named Oliver, who challenged him to a race around the enchanted lake.

The race began, and all the animals gathered to watch. Max cheered loudly for Turbo. Around and around they went, Turbo on his skateboard and Oliver swooping through the air. It was a close race, but in the end, Turbo’s speed on wheels won the day!

The animals celebrated Turbo and Max with a grand feast, where they shared stories and laughed until the stars came out. When it was time to go home, Oliver gave Max a special acorn as a souvenir, which he promised would bring them back to the magical world whenever they wished.

Max and Turbo returned to their town, but they never forgot their adventure. From that day on, Turbo’s skateboard races became even faster, and Max’s smile even brighter, knowing they had a magical friend just a tunnel away.

And every now and then, they’d sneak back to the park, hoping to find the tunnel and visit their enchanted friends once again.

He had a hard time playing quietly and waiting his turn. the special strategies sometimes weren't enough so the doctor prescribed him some medication to help calm his body and focus. with supports, love and a special plan he was able to pass his grade and graduate.

First, Sam showed them the Seahorse Stretch. "Stand tall like a seahorse, with your back straight and your head up high. Take a deep breath in... and then out!" Sam demonstrated, and his friends followed, feeling the gentle stretch.

Next, they all tried the Wave Flow. "Pretend you’re a wave," Sam said. "As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light.

Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next."

As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!"

When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby."

As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!"

And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.

His friends and family do not want to play with him when he gets upset. Sammy realizes he needs to learn to control his emotions. Sammy starts to use coping skills. When Sammy becomes upset, he starts by taking a deep breath and counting to 10. This makes him feel better.

He goes on an adventure to the Enchanted Forest of Calm and meets a wise old lion who helps him to understand and regulate

Luna is a little furry rabbit who is scared from the night and cant sleep, but one night the fairies of the forest visit Luna in her dream and showed her that there's nothing to be scared of. And Luna started to sleep peacefully after that night.

If you hurt your hand place your hand to about your shoulders and rest it on your body.  No need to hold it right in the air like you are answering a question in school.
If its your leg lay down and raise your leg.  No need to do the Can Can. 

If you burn yourself or someone else is burnt run water over the burnt area for upto 20 mins
